Troop 48 of Lynnfield, Massachusetts and The Spirit Of Adventure council welcomes and gladly accepts scouts and Scouters of any sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, and mental and physical capability with no exceptions. Troop 48 strives to acknowledge scouts and Scouters based upon the scout oath and law, and scout spirit. Discrimination will not be tolerated at all, and disciplinary action will be taken. This policy is an embodiment of the views and ideals of scouting and Troop 48.
Troop 48 is a Gold Accreditation Scouts For Equality Unit and a Gold Journey To Excellence Unit. Troop 48 is also a 100% Boys' Life unit.
