BSA requires medical forms for participants of certain activities.  In order to attend pack campouts, EVERY member of the family attending MUST have a medical form on file.  Complete parts A and B (no doctor sign-off required).  

This printout includes ALL the details you need to know about Pack 1439 - meetings, dues, uniforms, handbook, etc...

Pack 1439 has an active leadership and dedication to the Scouting program.  Active parent participation is ESSENTIAL to ensure the success of the Pack.  Adults interested in "helping the pack grow" should discuss their interest with the Cubmaster.  All adult leaders must complete this application.  All registration and training fees are paid by Pack 1439.
