Joining Troop 897

Any young man between the ages of 11 and 17 years of age may join boy scouts.  We welcome new scouts at any time of the year.  Come visit us any time!  Call and let us know you are coming, so we can tell you where we are meeting.  You can almost always find us on Wednesdays at Callison School, but sometimes we meet at the Moose Lodge if our meeting site is closed.  This is especially true during the summer, when school is closed and weather we have more day light available outdoors.

Troop 897 welcomes boys of all ages, who enjoy the outdoors, or if they wish to learn new and exciting things to do, and make friends that will last a lifetime. 

Troop 897 understands that with each boy comes a family, and they too become part of Troop 897. 

We are a very active troop, with a full year round activity calendar.
